There are several different systems- how do I know which one to use?

There are a few different systems that we use for onboarding and ongoing management after you’re part of the Baptist Works team. Here is a breakdown of where you can find your forms and information:

    • LEAP Portal
      • This is where everything for Baptist Works will live.
      • View and sign your initial contract and extension contracts
      • Upload compliance documents (certifications, licenses, vaccines/titers, etc.)
      • Track your progress through onboarding
      • Apply to jobs with Baptist Works in the future
    • Workday (Baptist Health HR System)
      • Payment elections (direct deposit)
      • Withholding elections (taxes)
      • Benefits enrollment
      • Access W2 documents and pay stubs
    • ReadySet
      • Employee Health questionnaires
    • Risk Mitigation Services
      • This isn’t a system you log into, but this is who emails will come from for your background check, drug screen, and I9 form.
      • The email address that the background check and drug screen are received from is backgroundchecks@securescreening.info
    • Quest Diagnostics
      • This isn’t a system you log into, but if you need labs drawn for titers, they must be done at a Quest facility.
      • If you are expecting orders to have titers drawn, please search your email for “Quest Lab Orders”

    How do I know my username and password?

    Your username and password were sent in an email. If you got an email with a username but no password, you’ll just need to reset the password to be able to log in. If you continue to have trouble logging in, pleas email whitney@baptistworks.org

    I’m getting an error message when I try to enter my RN license, what do I do?

    If you continue getting an error message stating to contact an administrator, leave the license information blank.
